分别于1992、2001和2004年在学院获得理学学士、硕士和博士学位;2004年于学院高分子化学研究所任职副教授,2010年任研究员(博士生导师)。发现了一类新型的热敏高分子;发展/完善了嵌段共聚物胶体的高效合成方法;提出了利用热敏高分子胶体实现智能催化的新思路。2006年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2015年获得国家杰出青年科学基金资助。
